The website is all about Wood Routers and Woodworking with Routers Information. Its setup on a Wordpress platform for easy updating by anyone with basic WP skills. You Can moneize this site with Google Adwords or other online Ad platforms.

The Adwords account has made money (under $100 in last 5 years) but I cant break it out as it uses the same ID as other sites.

So I am selling this as a starter site without revenue. Content is auto populated from keywords using a WP plugin for that purpose. But with some work the site it could make some money again for someone with the time for it.

Google seems to like it and its been highly ranked in the past on page 1 of Google for the term "Wood Routers"
